  • When the computer science student at University of Applied Sciences Aachen doesn't implement his own operating system kernel, he works on Dexter and tries to make the UI look shiny. Other interests of him are the dissection of embedded devices. When he needs a soldering to dump a firmware to analyze it afterwards, he is happy.
  • Mark Schloesser

  • Mark graduated his Diploma in Computer Science at the RWTH Aachen University in 2011. Since then he works as a Research Assistant at the IT-Security chair. Mark is also an active member of the Honeynet Project. His responsibilities as a Dexlabs member lie in development of the frontend logic.

  • Felix is a Master student of Computer Science at the RWTH Aachen University. He worked on different security related projects regarding malware analysis, exploit development and system programming. Using his theoretical computer science skills, he is responsible for the algorithmic design of the Dexter backend features. You can find some of his public projects here
  • Patrick Schulz

  • Patrick is a Master student of Computer Science at the University of Bonn. He worked on projects related to x86 binary instrumentation, exploit developmet and is interested in other security related stuff. On Android, he investigates for the dalvik bytecode and the dalvik virtual machine. At the Dexter project, he is working on the database management and the APK importing process.
